Main Purpose of Job
POSITION DUTIES
Addresses the Command’s needs to identify and comply with overall training requirements and individual employee training requirements. Defines the areas of study, courses and lessons to be made available to the employees. Identifies the training sources and methods available to employees for the areas of study, courses, and lessons. |
Documents employee
qualifications and training. Measures the effectiveness of the training
program and make changes as necessary. Ensures compliance with all of the components of the Repair Station Training Manual. Makes recommendations to improve repair station policies, procedures, and instructions. Conducts an annual review of the training program to verify any changes that might affect training and analyzes the measure of training effectiveness. Performs other related duties as assigned. |
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience: Five years of repair station experience.
Note: Candidates may substitute previous Aviation experience in record management for up to two years of the required experience.
