LOCATION OF POSITION
Main Purpose of Job
POSITION DUTIES
Review, analyze and prepare fiscal
records and reports, as it relates to budgeting, cost accounting and the bill
back operating system. Examples of
reports would be YTD budget analysis, consumption reports, accounts and
services.
Interact with state agencies and DoIT
Portfolio Officers in looking at the DoIT budget, linking services that DoIT
provides in order to track consumption, usage, billing and collection of payments
for services rendered to state agencies. Will use the Apptio system to track consumption
and create service rates by fiscal year.
Prepare and submit budget amendment
information and annual budget requests into the BARS system.
Assists the Budget Director in
developing and keeping up to date fiscal policies, procedures, standards and
internal controls to ensure accuracy and reliability of official records as
they relate to agency budgeting, cost accounting and the bill back operating
policy/system.
Provide training to Internal (DoIT)
and external (stakeholders) on use of the Apptio system. Will assist the Budget Director to create
training materials for distribution.
Create Apptio accounts and access
for outside agencies. Maintain licenses. Requests come through the Service
desk.
