This is a Political Special Appointment position and serves at the pleasure of the appointing authority.

Main Purpose of Job

Manages all clerical and office operations within agency to ensure rules, regulations and accuracy of data is maintained. Assists the Administrator as needed, performing other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School Diploma from an accredited high school or a possession of a High School Equivalency Certificate.
Experience: 7 years of administrative support experience. 
Note: Applicants may substitute a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university for up to four years of the required experience.

DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Supervisory experience. 
2. Office management and personnel administration experience. 
3. Budget preparation and managing budgets in a government setting. 
4. Knowledge of property tax assessment processes and relevant State regulations. 
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) or Google Suites. 
6. Familiarity with data analysis and efficiency improvement methodologies. 
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
8. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
