Annapolis, Maryland
POSITION DUTIES
The Comptroller of Maryland, Revenue Administration Division is seeking Tax Season employees to assist with the investigation, correction and processing of tax returns and other tax processing work. The areas assigned is subject to change sections/units based on the Division needs.
These positions will be available during Tax Filing Season. Tax Law and PC training will be provided.
Salary: $17.00 per hour
PLEASE NOTE: These positions are located in the Annapolis office and work Monday-Friday, shifts are available from 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Candidates may be required to work some State Holidays and Saturdays.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
** For education obtained outside of the U.S., you will be required to provide proof of the equivalent American education as determined by a foreign credential evaluation service. If you possess a degree obtained outside of the United States, please submit a detailed, course-by-course evaluation report from one of the U.S. equivalency evaluating members identified at http://www.naces.org/members.html.

- Basic computer knowledge

- Must be willing and able to work in the Annapolis office in a full-time capacity.
