POSITION DUTIES

​​This position is responsible for the program management of the Corporate Purchase Card (CPC) and Vendor Tax Reporting (VTR) sections. The role ensures that all assigned sections have effective internal controls and adhere to state regulations. The position also interfaces with other departments, divisions, and agencies for vendor requests, 1099 reporting, CPC and feedback. This position is responsible for reporting operations to the Program Manager of CPC, Vendor Services and Tax Reporting.​

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field from an accredited college or university.

NOTE:

  1. Candidates may substitute 4 years of experience in business, accounting, finance, or a related field for the required education; At least 2 years of this experience must include management or supervisory experience.
**For education obtained outside of the U.S., you will be required to provide proof of the equivalent American education as determined by a foreign credential evaluation service. If you possess a degree obtained outside of the United States, please submit a detailed, course-by-course evaluation report from one of the U.S. equivalency evaluating members identified at http://www.naces.org/members.html.
