POSITION DUTIES
The Comptroller of Maryland’s Compliance Division is seeking a Program Manager Senior II to serve as a Deputy Director of the Division. This position oversees, evaluates, and provide updates & recommendations to Compliance Division operations, monitors Division participation in ongoing Agency projects, and develops Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the different business units housed in the Compliance Division. This position will also participate in the evaluation and creation or updating of the Division’s policies and/or procedures relating to training, internal/external audits, new processes, new implementations, or any other operational matters relating to the Compliance Division.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Five years of professional work experience in managing and/or directing a business operation or project(s).
NOTES:
- Candidates may substitute an additional four years of experience for a bachelor's degree.
