LOCATION OF POSITION
POSITION DUTIES
- Oversee operations of the three skill-based training units: Driver Training, Firearms Training, and Physical Training / Defensive Tactics
- Provide input to Director related to advanced and specialized police training programs: police in-service programs, and other miscellaneous police training
- Represent the Director at various events and committees for police training issues, assist MD agencies with training projects, i.e., Police Training Directors / Coordinators etc.
- Serve, at times in lieu of the Director, as the Agency’s representative to the MD Police Training Directors Association and the Ethan Saylor Alliance Steering Committee
- Coordinate with Agency / PCTC Units to design and develop specialized law enforcement training programs

- Personal Leave - new State employees are awarded six (6) personnel days annually (prorated based on start date)
