The fundamental reason this
classification exists is to provide a variety of public relations and customer
services to Montgomery Airport passengers and the public. The work
responsibilities of this position are: provides information, directions, and
additional assistance to passengers and the public; coordinate staff and
volunteers, to include scheduling and payroll reporting; and resolve
customer/passenger complaints in a timely manner. The position reports to the
Airport Marketing and Communications Department Manager.
High school diploma or G.E.D. One year
of face-to-face customer service experience to include providing documents,
information, and directions and one year of
staff scheduling experience.
NOTE: Qualifying education, training and
experience that provide the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to
perform the job will be considered.
Work will include shift work, nights,
weekends and holidays. Applicant must meet necessary requirements to obtain and
maintain unescorted access to the Security Identification Display Area (SIDA).
