This
is advanced-level executive support position performing a full range of
administrative procedures. Position
provide direct support to the Airport Executive Director performing a variety
of work responsibilities including budget preparation
and control, office management, payroll, contract
management, purchasing, personnel actions, generating and maintaining reports
and record keeping.
This position
supports high level officials requiring extensive protocols involving administrative
work handling aviation management projects assigned by the Director and/or
Deputy Director.
Work requires full
knowledge of office administration and supervisory skill.
This position reports to the Airport Executive
Director and interacts extensively with the airport authority senior staff MGM
Board of Directors.
High school diploma or GED and at least three (3) years of advanced administrative or business management experience to include experience in customer and public relations (news and social media).
NOTE: Qualifying education, training and experience that provide the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job will be considered.
PREFERENCES: A bachelor's degree in aviation management, business management and/or a technical certification in office administration or a closely related area are preferred.
Must submit to a 10-year employment and criminal
background check to satisfy Federal Aviation Administration requirements.
