Nature of Work

The fundamental reason this position exists is to direct the Montgomery Regional Airport’s Marketing Department. This position creates and implements marketing, customer relations, public relations and community relations programs to further the goals and objectives of the Montgomery Airport Authority. This position will supervise all full-time and/or part time employees in the Marketing Department. In addition, this position is responsible for developing air service business by promoting and marketing the Airport to current and prospective airlines. This position will receive broad directives and will report to the Airport Executive Director.

Minimum Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications or other closely-related fields and five (5) years’ experience in marketing or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

NOTE: Qualifying education, training and experience that provide the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job will be considered.


Special Requirements

Must possess a valid driver’s license in order to conduct business travel.
