Compensation plans are based on a multi-step progression system. The pay range reflects the entry level and maximum salary potential in the assigned pay grade.
**A starting salary may be negotiated and will be commensurate with education, training and experience in alignment with pay administration policies and MCCP Board Rules & Regulations**
The fundamental reason this position exists is to manage
the Mayor's calendar and schedule and facilitate efficient communication
between the Mayor and internal and external stakeholders. The work responsibilities include maintaining
the Mayor’s calendar, confirming appointments, prioritizing appointments, and
conducting regular reviews of the Mayor’s schedule, to ensure that all
engagements align with the Mayor's priorities and the needs of the community.
This classification will report to the Mayor.
High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of
experience in scheduling or
providing direct senior-level administrative support.
Must be detail-oriented and able to work
flexible hours as necessary, having excellent organizational skills with the ability
to work with minimal direction.
NOTE: Qualifying education, training, and
experience that provide the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities to
perform the job will be considered.
