Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration,
Finance, or a related field, and four (4) years of experience conducting
procurement audits, developing internal controls, and ensuring adherence to
grant requirements and federal guidelines, with a strong focus on federal
compliance standards, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and
Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200). Strong analytical skills, attention to
detail, and the ability to interpret complex regulations are essential.
Certifications: Must possess a Certified Professional
Public Buyer (CPPB) or Certified Procurement Compliance Specialist (CPCS)
certification at the time of hire or have the ability to obtain within one year
of appointment.
