The fundamental reason this position exists is to plan, implement, and coordinate housing rehabilitation activities for the Planning Department. The essentials functions are: conducts environmental reviews, conducts property inspections, assists with sub-recipient selection process, and maintains project files. The employee reports to the Grants Administrator.
High school diploma or GED and at least five (5) years of experience in construction, renovation, maintenance or inspection of residential or commercial buildings or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job will be
