Compensation plans are based on a multi-step progression system. The pay range reflects the entry level and maximum salary potential in the assigned pay grade.

Nature of Work

This is a trainee level job class performing a wide-range of professional level positions.  This position requires a degree in the targeted job field.  This position will work under the direct supervision for a period of time (up to two years) until they meet the minimum qualification of the target job.  After becoming qualified, the employee will be eligible for promotion.

Minimum Qualifications

Must have a post high school degree in assigned position

NOTE: Employees hired into this position will work no more than two (2) years to be eligible for promotion.
