The
fundamental reason this classification exists is to plan, supervise, and
document the fee collection, maintenance, repair, and installation activities
of Parking Meter Division of Parking Management. Primary work responsibilities may include: supervising two or more full-time employees;
planning, assigning, and scheduling work; training and advising subordinates in
maintenance and repair techniques; maintaining accurate records; overseeing
ordering of equipment and materials; performing fee collection and processing
duties; and performing maintenance, repair, and installation duties. Work is
performed under the general supervision of the Real Property Manager.
High school diploma or GED and three (3) years of experience working in public or private parking facilities.
NOTE: Qualifying education, training and experience that provide the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job will be considered.
