The fundamental reason this position exists is to develop, implement, coordinate, and manage special programs, to primarily include an initiative for at-risk youth. The employee serves as the chief of staff and reports to the Director of Parks and Recreation.
Bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Business Administration, or a closely related field and five (5) years’ experience in the management of recreational programs to include program development, supervision of staff, and financial accountability.
