Nature of Work

The fundamental reason that this position exists is to provide customer service to visitors of the Mann Wildlife Learning Museum at the Montgomery Zoo. Major work responsibilities include assisting visitors in the museum, working in the museum’s gift shop, and performing miscellaneous duties related to housekeeping and security. Supervision is received from the Wildlife Museum Attendant II.

Minimum Qualifications

Six (6) months public contact work experience that includes making money transactions.

NOTE: Qualifying education, training and experience that provide the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job will be considered.

Special Requirements

Work will include nights, weekends, and holidays.
