The fundamental reason this
classification exists is to assist in managing the daily operations of a tennis
facility and to provide quality tennis services to the public. The work responsibilities of this classification
are: maintains administrative and financial records; provides instructions and
information to patrons and employees; maintains adequate inventory of equipment
and supplies; and assists in planning and administering tennis tournaments. The employee reports directly to the Tennis
Supervisor or Tennis Manager.
Associates degree in Business
Administration, Office Management, Accounting, or a related field and one (1) year
office management experience.
NOTE:
Qualifying education, training and experience that provide the requisite
knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job will be considered.
Must be willing to work irregular hours or until
the project is complete as needed to schedule and set up for tennis
tournaments.
