Montgomery City County Personnel

Under general direction, supervises the landscaping and planting of recreation and park areas; directs the operation and maintenance of the nursery, park forestry areas, and specialized horticultural grounds. Work involves responsibility for the propagation and care of ornamental and other plants used in city parks. Duties require exercise of judgment and use of technical knowledge in supervision and instruction of a group of workers in accordance with instructions of an administrative superior and is inspected by observation of results achieved.

NOTE:  Qualifying education, training and experience that provide the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job will be considered.
