The
fundamental reason this classification exists is to assist the Revenue Branch
Supervisor in a variety of functions and complete tasks related to the
collection of ad valorem tax. The
essential functions are: performs
administrative duties; maintains inventory of manufactured home decals,
supplies and records; performs customer functions; supervises two or more
full-time employees and verifies accuracy of tax forms. Employees report to the Revenue Branch
Supervisor.
High
school diploma or GED and two (2) years of experience in the collection of ad
valorem taxes.
NOTE: Qualifying education, training and experience that
provide the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job will
be considered.
Willingness
to work overtime and to travel out of the county to attend classes, training
seminars, workshops and etc.
