The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Information Services Division (ISD) is seeking a full-time IT Administrative Assistant for our Oklahoma City location, providing IT support services to the Oklahoma Department of Human Services/Information Services Division. Job Description / Essential Functions:
This position serves as an Administrative Assistant to the ISD Oklahoma Department of Human Services department Directors, and to the ITAS Manager.  This person will perform work activities associated with administrative business and technical support services.  This position will perform high-level administrative functions and duties.  This position will assist in technical writing tasks/projects.  The position will participate in project management tool utilization.  The position will perform agenda preparation and minute-taking.  This position will participate in spreadsheet preparation.  The position will create specified documentation.  This position will provide coverage for the front desk/reception area of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services ISD building.  This position will check-in visitors; and abide by enforced security measures.  This position will be comfortable working with confidential matters.  This position will ensure administrative projects are completed in a timely fashion.  Must be proficient in MS Office products, providing a high level of professionalism and flexibility.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not require supervisory responsibilities. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred) with at least 3 years of professional level experience as an administrative assistant; executive administrative assistant, in a related field including experience with MS-Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher and Access).
