The Information Services Division (ISD) is seeking a full-time Project Management Office Support to provide services to our Oklahoma City location. This is a full time unclassified position in state government.  OMES offers a comprehensive Benefits Packet, including a generous benefit allowance to offset the cost of insurance premiums for employees and their eligible dependents.  For more information about the benefit allowance [click here].The annual salary for this position is up to $40,000 based on education and experience.

Position Summary
This position is assigned responsibilities involving the coordination and analysis of a variety of technical services related to providing information services and support for management information systems within a state agency or institution. 

Position Responsibilities
• Support project and program managers in day-to-day activities as requested, including running reports, developing documentation, performing reviews, billing and reconciliations

• Perform project, document, and data and procedural reviews

• Obtain various types of information and reports using existing programs and systems; consult with appropriate operations or applications staff to identify needs for reports or other production requirements

• Provide assistance in identifying available services and providing coordination between users and information services staff

• Provide training and assistance to users on various types of software and hardware; coordinate with technical staff when problems require additional analysis or assistance

• Develop technical documentation and materials, including diagrams, models, manuals, procedure document

• Confers with users or reviews requests for services or other information to identify requirements for project management services.

• Performs project audits and quality checks.

Minimum Qualifications:
Requirements include 60 semester hours toward a degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of experience in a related field for each year of the required education.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Intermediate knowledge of computer systems and related equipment; of technical terminology; and of modern office practices related to the use of management information systems.  Ability is required to gather, organize and present data, to communicate effectively; to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others; and to translate user terminology to and from management information systems terminology.

Preferred Experience:
Project Management, Office 365 including Access and SharePoint
