These positions are located in the Crime Date Collection and Analysis Unit (CDC&AU) within Information Services Division in Oklahoma City.

These positions are grant-funded, limited-term positions in the unclassified service.

Annual Salary: $35,903.00

Minimum requirements at this level consist of one year of clerical office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

1.Develops and conducts individual and group classroom training for criminal justice personnel on disposition reporting.
2.Performs audits of criminal arrest dispositions of local and county law enforcement agencies to ensure compliance with state law; makes recommendations and offers assistance when needed.
3.Serves as liaison to criminal justice agencies, providing guidance, oversight and assistance relating to collecting and reporting of criminal arrests and dispositions.
4.Updates disposition of arrest based on research and collection of data acquired through on-line court records.

Successful applicants must be willing to submit to a drug screen, polygraph examination, psychological evaluation (commissioned positions only), and a thorough background investigation.  Certain events automatically disqualify an applicant, such as, felony conviction; admission of an undetected crime that, if known, would have been a felony charge; failure to pay federal or state income tax; positive confirmed drug urine test; illegal use of a controlled substance within certain time frames.
