Revenue Unit Manager I, TPA Business Services

The Oklahoma Tax Commission (OTC) is a government agency administering and enforcing state tax laws.  We are seeking to fill a Revenue Unit Manager I position for the Taxpayer Assistance Division in Oklahoma City.  This position is essential in maintaining the agency call center.  The successful applicant must be a team leader, decision maker and able to manage and motivate staff.

Duties of this position include review work of staff to ensure accuracy and consistency is maintained. The ability to manage staff, be a decision maker and motivate personnel. Work to improve efficiency of section, establishing adequate internal controls. Evaluate performances of staff. Prepare weekly reports and other duties as assigned by manager.

A minimum of 3 years supervisor/management experience.
