Administrative Officer

The individual selected for this position will work in the Finance Division at Central Office located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services. The individual will perform administrative, professional and highly technical duties for executive level positions or various management areas. 

Duties include the ability to multi-task while arranging for trainings, and/or meetings; attend meetings to transcribe proceedings for distribution to all staff; preparing transaction documents for processing; receiving and distributing invoices; handling all scanning for the division; and preparation of various reports and fiscal documents requiring expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office and modern office methods.

Requires:
Bachelor’s degree and one year of professional or highly complex clerical experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
