SUMMARY OF
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manage all aspects of readySC’s large-scale, complex, and
highly visible training projects for Scout Motors; budget range exceeding 10 million. Develop and implements strategic objective for
projects that are aligned with client company strategic initiatives. Provides
leadership and guidance in all aspects of the discovery, deign, and delivery
phases of the project. Works closely with internal and external partners and
stakeholder to ensure that the communication and reporting requirements of this
high-profile project is met. Manages the strategic aspects of multiple training
projects aimed at developing a workforce for the company. Coordinate the work
of various partners, including the company and other state agencies, in
recruiting and selecting trainees. Work with internal and external partners and
stakeholders to develop and carry out the broad communication requirements of
the overall project(s). Work with

STATE MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree and relevant
project management experience.
PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in project
management. Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is highly desirable, but not
required. Must have strong presentation
& communication skills. Must be
able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities to include, but not limited
to problem solving, flexible work scheduling, adapting to a changing
environment and working with a wide variety
of people at all levels. Must possess ability to manage project
budgets in designated area ranging from
$5,000 to over $200,000.00.
