Material Handling Technician

Responsibilities:

• Receive raw materials and log into tracking system.
• Provide and track required materials to production Machinist, maintaining lot traceability.
• Operate cut-off saws
• Read and interpret blue prints/drawings and written instructions
• Conduct incoming inspections and inventory control
• Prepare orders for shipment and complete required paperwork
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently
• Demonstrate good math and computer skills
• Meet or exceed company labor efficiencies and quality guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

 Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in Material Handling and Shipping /Receiving Processes
• Experience in an ISO/QS environment is preferred.
• Ability to stand continuously for long periods of time
