Extrusion Technicians NGR Machine Operators

Qualifications and requirements include:

Extrusion Technicians 
  • Extrusion Techs are responsible for all aspects of production from start to finish. This includes maintaining a clean and safe operating environment, preparing for changeovers, testing product quality, efficiently operating machines, planning materials for production, immediately reporting any concerns/issues with safety, machines, quality, etc. to the appropriate individual, and more. 
  • Must be 18 years or older and blown film experience is highly preferred 
  • High School Diploma or GED 
NGR Machine Operators 
  • NGR Machine Operators are responsible for operating our scrap material recycler. This includes maintaining a clean and safe operating environment, efficiently operating machines, planning materials for production, immediately reporting any concerns/issues with safety, machines, quality, etc. to the appropriate individual, and more. 
  • Must be 18 years or older 
  • High School Diploma or GED 
Material Handlers 
  • Material Handlers are responsible for moving goods throughout the facility and assist in maintaining the warehouse properly organized and maintained in order. 
  • Must be 18 years or older and forklift experience is highly preferred 
  • High School Diploma or GED 
Maintenance Technicians 
  • Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for maintaining proper functioning of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing maintenance requirements (both planned and unplanned) on production, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, packaging and processing equipment, utility systems, and following all OSHA and facility-specific protocols (including LOTO, Arc Flash, etc.). 
  • Must be 18 years or older and significant maintenance experience is highly preferred 
  • High School Diploma or GED 
Quality Technicians 
  • The Quality Assurance Technician will take part in all activities related to Quality Control and Quality Assurance. The QA Technician will test finished goods per SOP standards to meet customer and item parameters and document accordingly. 
  • Must be 18 years or older and quality control/assurance experience is highly preferred 
  • High School Diploma or GED
