Peabody Engineering & Supply, Inc.

Peabody Engineering (Peabody), a 69-year old family owned company founded in Southern California, is moving its corporate headquarters to Liberty, SC. Peabody has three manufacturing units; Rotational molded plastic chemical storage, containment and handling products sold through a national network of authorized distributors, custom molding of plastic products for other original equipment manufacturers and composite fiberglass manufacturing. Primary markets include The United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

Qualifications and requirements include:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service/inside sales
  • Good People skills, verbal and written communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Technical aptitude with college level education or technical training in business and engineering related courses.
  • Experience with Computer software applications including MS Office, Quickbooks, sales related software and CAD
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, codes and apply those to make customer recommendations for products.
  • Good math, English and spatial skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, manage projects and clearly disseminate information to design and manufacturing team.

M-F/8 hour Days overtime when required
