Qualifications and requirements include:

Production Associates: Must be able to interpret drawings and specifications, have good hand/eye coordination, be able to lift up to 20 lbs., exposure to fumes, full body movement, good eyesight, good attendance record, be able to work overtime when needed, must have a high school diploma or GED. 

Winding Machine Operator: Ability to stand for long periods, ability to read and interpret written instructions and drawings, good attendance record, be able to work overtime when needed, full body movement, good eyesight, ability to lift 40 lbs., must have a high school diploma or GED. 

Slitting Machine Operator: Ability to read various measuring tools, full body movement, good eyesight, constant alertness, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., good attendance record, be able to work overtime when needed, must have a high school diploma or GED. 

Electronics Technician: Familiar with programming and modifying PLCs, must be able to write full PLC programs starting from nothing, some Allen Bradley Compact Logix, program and modify HMI, repair, modify, and maintain electronic equipment, build new equipment per specifications and drawings, program other equipment, good math skills, knowledge of various measuring devices and electronics test equipment, must be able to read and interpret prints, specifications and schematics, must have good attendance record, two-year degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or verifiable equivalent experience, full body movement/good eyesight, exposure to fumes, odors, and dust, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work inside the factory as well as occasional outside work, ability to occasionally work on ladder, man-lift, or scissor lift. 

Maintenance Technician: Provide support to the production operation by performing PM’s on equipment, i.e. cleaning, changing out motors, filters, bulbs, etc. Assist in all phases of moving and assembling equipment and furnishings throughout the facility, i.e., running conduit, hydraulic lines, air lines, etc. Prepare hazardous waste for proper disposal/shipment. Perform facility repairs Good mechanical ability. Ability to read various measuring devices. Forklift experience or ability to be trained. Knowledge of safety precautions. Full body movement/good eyesight. Ability to work in noisy conditions. Good hand eye coordination. Ability to lift up to 80 pounds. Exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, dust, and oils. Constant alertness. Good attendance record. Must have a high school diploma or GED.
