Potential employment opportunities exist for:
Liquid Plant Operator
The role includes responsibilities tied to the production of liquid plant products across all phases as outlined in the operating manual. This includes applying company procedures related to safety and quality, and fulfilling duties within expected timeframes and resource parameters.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of formulating equipment.
- Setting up and running of multiple semi and automatic filling lines including:
- loading materials, operating a wide range of machinery, product cleandowns, equipment size changeovers, downtime recording
- Perform proceduralized operations safely and efficiently.
- Work within site policies & procedures.
- Troubleshoot equipment with assistance and solve problems.
- Follow operator standard work to maintain formulation batch cycle time.
- Provide feedback and corrective actions when processes during the shift do not meet cycle time.
- Operate forklift and perform hand additions to formulation vessels.
- Work overtime and rotating shifts as required by business needs.
- Maintain and improve safety, environmental and housekeeping standards.
- Interpretation of planning documentation, carrying out and recording quality checks
- Operate various information systems associated with F&P technology
- Carry out basic maintenance activities on the filling lines and associated plant
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of proven experience in a similar position related to chemical formulation or formulation manufacturing.
- Prior production, packaging or quality control experience desired

- Safety awareness and quality
- Proven manufacturing experience from a plant environment is strongly preferred.
- Technical background.
