Job Summary: This job requires that an associate can splice yarn using compressed air, operator texturing machinery, enter small spaces, work over-head, climb ladders, push tube bins and bend to insert them into the baler, clean machines / empty waste bins, walking from one end of the plant to the other. 

Machines, tool, and equipment used: Computer, Calculator, Telephone, Lab Testing Equipment, Electrical Lights, Scissors

Materials Used: Cleaning Solution, Tape, Paper, Books, Various Standardized Forms, Computer Software Packages, Pen, Flashlight

Job Requirements: Must be able to comprehend written or verbal instructions, be able to read and write, basic math, decision making skills, communication skills, and have good organizational skills. Also must possess the ability to work without a supervisor and have computer systems knowledge. Also must be self-motivated, push an 850 lb. pin truck, reach top of pin truck, handle 45 lb. packs of yarn, do warm ups before shift work.
