Quality Review Coordinator
Location: Greenville, SC
Job Overview:
The Quality Review Coordinator will compile records and complete the quality assurance review in compliance with FDA and AATB regulations and standards. Prepares and reviews records for donor eligibility in conjunction with the Medical Director.
Job Requirements:
- Prepare and review records for donor eligibility in conjunction with the Medical Director and evaluation for release of product to distribution inventory
- Compiles donor information include donor records and serology results
- Answers questions pertaining to donor recovery, screening, or regarding the information and documentation with the donor records
- Responsible for the tissue chart review and preparing the donor eligibility summary to send to the Medical Director
- Assists in quality related tasks regarding regulatory entities to ensure compliance with Samaritan, FDA, and AATB regulations and standards
- Completes data entry of donor information, releases, and test results for tracking purposes and scoring metrics
- Performs final archive for all donor records
- Performs other duties as directed by supervisor
Job Qualifications:
- Two years in tissue banking or related healthcare field
- Background and drug screening may be administered
