Qualifications and requirements include:
Production
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, following all safety protocols and procedures
- Pack and label produced parts as per the defined specifications
- Complete defined quality checks
- Assemble, wash, and pack products, per specification
Industrial Engineer
- Responsible for optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality standards within our manufacturing operations. This role requires a deep understanding of industrial engineering principles and automotive manufacturing practices.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Engineer in an automotive manufacturing environment or a similar industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field (Preferred)
Maintenance Technician, Mechanical
- Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of mechanical equipment in our manufacturing facility to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
- 2-3 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive
- Associate’s degree in mechanical engineering technology or related field (Preferred)
Maintenance Technician, Automation & Control
- Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing automated systems and controls in our manufacturing environment to ensure production efficiency and reliability.
- 2-3 years’ experience in maintenance controls, and automation within a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive
- Associate’s degree in electrical engineering, automation, or related field (Preferred)
IT Administrator
- Serve as the focal point for all IT related topics required onsite
- Complete first level support tasks (errors, changes and enhancements) related to hardware, software, and user management
- Install, configure, and maintain multi-function devices and printers on the network
Production Engineer
- Create and manage master data for bill of materials, material master, routing, work center, and equipment
- Analyze discrepancies between production and ERP system and implement suitable action plans
- Create action plans to improve KPIs
Process Technician
- Implement and comply defined standards
- Set parameters for manufacturing process
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve the OEE, process stability, and throughput times
