Production Assembler

 

Job Purpose:   This position will be responsible for the assembly of various types of commercial seating while meeting production requirements as well as maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

 

 

Essential Functions:   

  • Perform repetitive line or bench assembly operations to mass-produce products, such as height adjusters, suspensions, and complete commercial seating systems.
  • Assemble products in compliance with quality standards.
  • Meet daily production requirements. Maintain clean and safe workstations – 5S.
  • Maintain standardized work. Follow Lean principles Adherence to IMS. Various duties and special projects as required.

Work Environment:

  • Normal amount of sitting and standing, average mobility to move around an office and plant environment, able to conduct normal amount of work on a computer. Required travel will consist of traveling from plant to plant (Isringhausen, Supplier, Customer), including international travel may be required

Training will be at no charge to trainees.
