The purpose of the Supplemental Questionnaire - Minimum Qualifications is to assess whether the applicant meets the minimum qualifications and special conditions that were identified as critical for satisfactory performance for this position.

This supplemental questionnaire must be submitted with your application at the time of filing. The information provided should be consistent with the information in your application and is subject to verification.   Keep a copy of your application materials for your own records.

 a) A primary element of the Program and Planning Manager position is the ability to effectively manage a team including supervising and deploying staff, building teamwork and shared accountability, setting shared goals and providing guidance and support to help team members fulfill their roles.
