The purpose of this Supplemental Questionnaire Exam is to describe your training and experience as they relate to the knowledge, skills, and abilities linked to the essential functions of this position (please refer to the job announcement for a more detailed description of these knowledge, skills and abilities).
The Supplemental Questionnaire Exam will be evaluated and scored. Only the information you provide in your answers to these questions will be evaluated to determine your score in the selection process for this position.
