QUALIFYING QUESTIONNAIRE SECTION

The purpose of this Minimum Qualification Supplemental Questionnaire (MQSQ) is to obtain specific information regarding your education and experience in relation to the minimum qualifications for the recruitment, as stated on the announcement and will be used as a tool to screen applications for minimum qualification requirements. This MQSQ must be completed and submitted online with the application at the time of filing. Responses to items on the MQSQ must be supported by the information provided on the application in order to receive appropriate credit. Please be sure to include all relevant education and experience in the work history and education sections of the application. The information provided must be consistent with the information on your application and is subject to verification.

Responses provided are not scored; however, applicants who do not possess the required Minimum Qualifications as stated on the job announcement will not be allowed to participate in the examination process.

Please describe your experience preparing and/or managing and reviewing environmental studies and reports for infrastructure projects, such as CEQA Categorical Exemptions, Mitigated Negative Declarations (MND), Environmental Impact Reports (EIR); biological assessments; wetland delineations; cultural resources reports; air quality studies; and noise studies. Please identify the key tasks you were responsible for. Please list any government and resources agencies that you worked with. (Maximum 400 words)

Describe the largest or most complex environmental construction compliance project you’ve worked on. Please describe the environmental mitigation measures and/or permit conditions for the project, including the government and resources agencies that stipulated them. In your answer, include your specific role and duties on the project, including office and/or field responsibilities, and the number of years you performed these working at the construction site. Please describe the methods or protocols you used to implement environmental requirements in construction. (Maximum 400 Words)

 

Describe your experience supervising, directing, and coordinating the work of contractors and subordinate survey, clerical and office personnel in the preparation of various environmental impact documents for infrastructure projects.
