Education: An baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience analyzing, installing, configuring, enhancing, and/or maintaining the components of PSAP/E9-1-1 Call Center technology or communications system AND two (2) years of project management experience. This experience may have been gained concurrently.
