Supplemental Questionnaire

All applicants are required to complete the Supplemental Questionnaire as part of the online application process. The purpose of the Supplemental Questionnaire is to determine whether applicants possess the minimum qualifications and the knowledge, skills and abilities in job-related areas that have been identified as critical for satisfactory performance in this position. Please discuss your experience in private equity. What types of strategies have you researched? What is your approach to sourcing new investment opportunities?

Please discuss your approach to due diligence. What attributes are particularly important to you? Why? Provide examples of several outstanding managers you did diligence on.

Please describe your experience with co-investments. What are your views on co-investments/direct investing? What is their role in the portfolio, how much capital would you allocate and what returns would you expect? How would you go about building out a co-investment program (sourcing, resources, etc.)?

What are your views on geographical diversification within a private equity portfolio? Which geographies would you overweight/underweight strategically and why?
