Please describe your background and experience with different investment strategies, asset classes, including public and private markets, and specifically the asset classes in which SFERS is invested.

Some of the characteristics most important to success in the Investment Analyst role are attention to detail, a desire to learn and the ability to produce a high volume of high quality analysis, including written and oral communications.  Describe your particular strengths in these areas as well as any areas for growth.  Please cite examples from your current or prior work experience.

Describe your background and experience with financial modeling, portfolio management and risk models, specifically with the asset classes in which SFERS is invested.

Describe a challenging professional or academic goal that you achieved, the steps you took to meet your objectives, and what you learned from the experience.  What have you enjoyed most about your prior work or academic experiences, and what are the attributes of a role or an organization that will help you meet challenges and produce your best work?
