The purpose of this Minimum Qualifications Supplemental Questionnaire (MQSQ) is to obtain specific information regarding your education and experience in relation to the 0923 Manager II (Adult Protective Services Manager) position. Responses to items must be supported by the information provided on the application and is subject to verification. The purpose of the Supplemental Questionnaire (SQ) is to describe your training and experience as they relate to the knowledge, skills, and abilities linked to the essential functions of the 0923 Adult Protective Services Manager.

Your answers will be evaluated and scored. Only the information you provide in your answers to these questions will be evaluated to determine your score in the selection process for this position.
