This position is located at the San Joaquin County Jail Complex, which houses adult inmates.
To work in the County jail facility, selected candidates must pass a rigorous security clearance which is a condition of employment. Once employed, the employee must maintain the security clearance. The security clearance requires the completion of an extensive questionnaire called a "Personal History Questionnaire" and is used by the Sheriff's Office to conduct the background investigation.
