PATTERN I - Required Experience

Do you possess one year of full-time experience as a Code Enforcement Officer I in San Joaquin County service?

PATTERN II - Required Education

Completion of 60 semester units from an accredited college or university with major coursework in the social or behavioral sciences or related field is required in Pattern II.  If you possess this requirement, list the school name, major coursework, type of degree completed, and the total number of units completed. 

PATTERN II - Education Substitution

If you do not possess the required 60 semester college units, additional experience enforcing administrative rules and regulations which involved field investigations, responsibility for taking legal enforcement actions, and substantial public contact may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis up to two years.

PATTERN II - Required Experience

Do you possess one year of public agency code enforcement experience comparable to Code Enforcement Officer I in San Joaquin County?  If so, list your employer name, job title, dates of employment, hours worked per week, and a detailed listing of your job duties:

FOR BOTH PATTERN I & II - Required Certification in lieu of ICC Certificate/s:

Do you possess a current Certified Code Enforcement Officer Certificate issued by the California Association of Code Enforcement Officials (CACEO)?
