Introduction
San Joaquin County is seeking a strategic, innovative leader with a strong capital project and capital improvement background to lead the General Services Division, a division of the County Administrator's Office. This executive at-will position reports directly to the County Administrator.
The Director of General Services is responsible for supporting County departments in reaching strategic priorities set by the Board of Supervisors and County Administrator along with providing innovative and cost-efficient solutions to improving delivery to customer departments and our community. The County is seeking a dynamic, responsive and approachable leader who operates within a strong ethical framework. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, human resources, fiscal and organizational development experience while managing and directing workloads for multiple divisions.
