Monitors and evaluates work practices for improved team productivity; schedules resources for team members’ growth; maintains continuous 30-day forecast of resources and projects; evaluates performance measures; evaluates work practices.
Oversees a team of meter readers and service response staff.
Coordinates job assignments; monitors and supports field operations; resolves team conflicts; provides safety review.
Holds weekly team meetings to evaluate team/project progress; provides guidance and team leadership to meet established objectives.
Develops effective team members to include providing goals and objectives; reinforces and supports the use of business skills, technical skills, and team skills; deals with personnel issues and administers discipline when required; communicates needs and expectations; evaluates performance.
Co-develops, reviews and implements plans and goals; coordinates the work with other teams, support groups, and leadership.
Performs related work as required.
Advanced knowledge of: scheduling.
Intermediate knowledge of: team dynamics; performance management.
