The Utility Business Coordinator
will coordinate the business relationship of primary utilities for the Airport.
This position will coordinate with the various airport divisions to ensure that
all CLT facilities are equipped with the required utility infrastructure
(electricity, gas, water, data and telecom); partner with leasing agents to
recover utility costs through CLT’s leases, licenses and other contracts; and coordinate
the setup, location and payments for utilities with the CLT Finance and
Sustainability work groups. This position will report to the Commercial &
Community Engagement Leasing Manager. At the direction of the Commercial and
Community Engagement Leasing Manager and tied to the Strategic Growth, Positive
Partnerships and Asset Preservation principles, represents Charlotte Douglas
International Airport with its efforts to attract, retain and expand commercial
land re-uses compatible with aeronautical activities. Works with internal and
external contacts to further CLT’s vision, mission and goals in relation to
development of Airport property. Manages projects for increasing Airport
financial self-sufficiency.

High School Graduate or Equivalent and Five Years of Experience; OR 2 Year College Degree and Three Years of Experience; OR Bachelor's Level Degree and One Year of Experience
