Intermediate level of professional legal counsel staff for attorneys possessing a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) or Masters in Letters of Law (L.L.M.) degree.
Moderate supervision is received from the designated program administrator.
Performs consultative and advisory legal work concerning matters affecting agency operations and administration.
Interprets, evaluates and applies applicable laws, rules and regulations in accordance with established legal precedents.
At this level, representation of the agency in administrative hearings is for routine matters only.
