NATURE OF WORK
A fully experienced senior attorney who has demonstrated the highest level of competence.
EXAMPLES OF WORK
Acts as Principal Counsel to a major state department. Similar duties as General Counsel except that there are greater supervisory and administrative responsibilities. Usually Principal Counsel have supervision over several attorneys or have unique administrative responsibilities in the overall direction of the legal services provided by the Office of the Attorney General.
