NATURE OF WORK

A fully experienced senior attorney who has demonstrated the highest level of competence.

EXAMPLES OF WORK

Acts as Division Chief of a division within the Central Office of the Attorney General or of the legal division of a major agency. As a Division Chief, this level is responsible for the supervisory and administrative duties required of the head of a unit with a staff of attorneys and various support staff personnel. This level provides a full range of legal services, such as litigation support and other areas appropriate to the particular division.

Specific educational and experience requirements are set by the agency based on the essential job functions assigned to the position.
